Catherine Jean (Cranton) Alyea passed away suddenly the early morning of May 5, 2016 at the age of 58. She was predeceased by her parents Alder and Gertie Cranton of Craigmyle and is survived by her two sons Joe Kittridge and Rob (Carly) Kittridge, sister Roxanne (Dave) Sinclair; Tim Cranton and Stephen (Fern) Cranton. Cathy was born October 12, 1957 in Hanna and attended school in Craigmyle and Delia. On August 25, 2000 she married Art Aleya and had been living on the Cranton farm which had become her dream of restoring and spending the rest of her life there. Besides her love and devotion to Art, she cherished the time spent with her only grand daughter Penny Kittridge. Cathy loved the rural life, caring for animals and supported Art in his interests in music. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
