Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Joe was a kind and caring man. I always enjoyed listening to his stories. He always had time for you and would listen, he shared his wisdom with no judgment. He will be missed but not forgotten. The last time I seen him we were walking down the hall from his apartment, we looked up and could see our reflection we both had our hands in our pockets same walk same stance....I smiled at the Marshall walk. I know he is resting with Pearl now and will rise again with Jesus. Im sorry I could not be there today to celebrate his life.
