Obituary for Jack "Norman" White

Jack "Norman" White
JACK NORMAN WHITE
1933 - 2016
It is with deepest sorrow that we inform you of the death of our beloved father Jack “Norman” White on Monday, August 22, 2016 at the age of 82 years. Norm passed away peacefully with his family at his side. He was predeceased by his loving wife Dorothy and is survived by his son Eric (Anne Marie) and their children Katrina, Amanda, Tiegan and Justin; daughter Pam (Rob); daughter Shelly (Dan) McArthur and their children Randy (Felicia), Garth and Emily and his two great granddaughters Raylene and Josie. He is also survived by his brother Douglas (Jean) White and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Norm, also known as “Whitey” started his career as a licensed mechanic then pursued a 35 year career with the RCMP in Alberta. His love of mechanics followed him through his life especially retirement. Norm was especially proud of the fact that he served over 50 years as part of the Masonic Lodge. In his spare time Norm loved camping with his family and playing his accordion anywhere he could for family and friends. At his request a Celebration of Life will be held for the immediate family at a later date. On Monday, August 29, 2016 a service for Masonic Brothers and others will be held at the Greenwood Village Dome (3223 83rd Street, NW Calgary) on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.
