Obituary for Jim Adam

James Eldred Adam (Jim) (Grizzly)
It is with great sadness we wish to announce the passing of a soulmate Jim on June 4, 2016 at the age of 60. Jim was the sixth child born to Arthur and Mary Adam on Sept. 25, 1955 in Olds. Jim worked at many jobs over the years, his last being at Sungold Speciality Meats in Innisfail.
He enjoyed camping, fishing, strumming on his guitar, going to rodeo’s, good old country music, and shooting the breeze with his friends. He also loved animals. Baby Kitty will miss him.
Jim moved to Innisfail in 1995 but he met his future wife Judy in 1984 and 14 years later he married his sweetheart.
Jim is survived by his loving wife Judy; three sisters Alice (Pete) Bergen of Calgary, Jean (Grant) Noonan of Grand Prairie and Marion (Marvin) Baumgardt of Huxley; brother Robert (Fay) Adam; father and mother in law Harvey (Jean) Smith of Olds; sisters in law Bonnie Smith of Lethbridge, Diana Smith of Didsbury and Tina Smith (Vaughan Mills) of Olds; 2 brother in laws Dave (Sharon) Smith of Olds and Bruce (Dawn) Smith of Bowden, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews and a great great niece.
Jim was predeceased by his father Arthur Adam in 1978, his brother in law Sylvio Fontaine in 1985, his mother Mary Adam in 1990 and his oldest sister Ethel Fontaine in 2014.
