Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Robert Mooney can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Joanne Chilton
Condolence: Mary Jane, I'm so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I remember Bob as a man who worked hard and played hard. He was a pleasure to work with in Joint Ventures. I can still remember the time he brought the beer tent to the annual Okotoks ball tournament and moving it from ball diamond to ball diamond. My first curling experience was with Bob. He made the mistake of assuming since my parents could curl that so could I - not so - I tested his patience. My parents would speak fondly of the parties that you and Bob hosted in Chatham - all the fun that was had. Bob will be missed. My heart goes out to you Mary Jane and your family. Take Care.
Love Joanne

Condolence: Mary Jane, Nancy & Jennifer:
We are so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. You know that Bob had a tremendous positive influence on my career at Esso and beyond, and was often the "voice in my head". My favorite memories are of the days we spent curling together or playing squash followed by your wonderful Sunday breakfasts! We will always cherish the memories and be thankful that we knew him and had the opportunity to enjoy Bob's zest for life! Take good care of yourselves.

Words can't express how saddened we were to hear of Bob's passing. Jim and I were remembering Bob and what a zest he had for life and how he lived life largely and with great enthusiasm. When you think about Bob - it is always with a smile on your face remembering all the fun and great times you had with him. He will be missed! Our love to you and the girls. Hugs from us both, Jim and Gerry

Condolence: Hi Mary-Jane...you probably don't remember me, but Bob interviewed me and got me off to good start with his Heavy Oil dept in 1979. Bob was the best manager I ever worked for and we became good friends. I remember partying with you and Bob at your home several times in my early years with Imperial. Bob was always so personable with his staff regardless of experience level. He will always be remembered and cherished in my heart. Many blessings to you and your family. with love Charlie
