Trenton Shane David Falk, known to all who loved him as simply “Shane”, passed away suddenly on Friday, April 23, 2021, age 57 years young, in Olds, Alberta. A handyman all his life, Shane loved working with his hands and his tools. His pride was in his children and grandchildren, his work, his truck, his massive VHS and cassette tape collection, and his love for country music. Although known to have a tough exterior, especially as he stood well over six feet, had a deep voice, and always wore jeans and a hat, Shane had a soft and sentimental heart and was always easy to talk to. Especially over a Budweiser and a Waylon Jennings song.

Shane is survived by his children Amanda Falk (31), Kimberley Falk (30), and Trenton Falk (29); brothers Larry, Raymond, and Byron; grandchildren Hamish, Lukas, Bryson, Grace, and Anthony; and father John Falk. Predeceased by his mother Mary Falk (2020) and brother Darrell Falk (2014). Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be planned when we can get together in the future.
