Obituary for Kathryn Atkinson
ATKINSON, Kathryn (nee Wilson).
April 19, 1945 – July 10, 2022.
Kathryn passed away peacefully in her sleep in the presence of her husband Raymond, and her son, Geoffrey.
Kathy is survived by her husband Ray, her son, Geoff (Josie), and her grandsons Jake and Brett. She is predeceased by her parents Lloyd and Mary Wilson, and her sister, Marilyn Wilson.
Kathy was a teacher in Saint John, NB; Glasgow, Scotland; Ft. McMurray, AB; Athabasca, AB; and Calgary, AB for 26 years; and she continued educating and volunteering within the community of Sundre, AB.
Kath/Mom/Gram will be loved, cherished, and remembered in our hearts.
In accordance with her wishes, there will not be a memorial service.
The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to their favorite charity in Kathy’s name.
