It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our brother Darrin Michaelchuk on July 29, 2020 at the age of 53. Our hearts ache for what could have been, and what should have been. We had plans; trips to take, hockey to watch, more to talk about and so much more.
Why one person had to endure so much pain, we just do not know. What we do know is that he is no longer in pain, years of pain and discomfort is no more. His strength shone through until the end and he fought to keep his independence. He is now standing straight, tall and pain free.
He was not alone in his passing, or alone now. He is with Mom and Dad, looking down on all of us.
