Brian Walter Gibbon passed away peacefully at home at the age of 72 on April 19, 2023. Brian was born June 12th, 1950, in Innisfail, Alberta to Herb and Marion Gibbon. He is the second youngest of seven children. Brian grew up in Innisfail and surrounding areas. In Brian’s younger years he was a very skillful drywaller and made many friends in his career as he was quite well known. While not working he enjoyed camping, riding ATV’s and creating many memories on adventures to the wilderness with family and friends. Brian was a trickster and loved to “stir the pot” and sit back to enjoy the moment unfold. Brian’s memory is continued by his wife Lorna (Shannon) Gibbon; as well as his children Shelly, Stephen (Shauna), Clayton and Micheal. Grandchildren Caelan, Hailey, Oryonna, Essery and Justice. Surviving siblings Helen (Dave) Jochem and George Gibbon as well as many special nieces, nephews, and friends. Brian was predeceased by siblings Jim, Bob, Ross, Sandra, and son Justin.
