Obituary for Anne Grisswell
Anne Grisswell, age 88, passed away peacefully June 9, 2022 in Stettler, AB.
Anne is survived by her daughter, Fiona; grandchildren Roslyn and Darian; great-grandchildren O'Rian, Aurora, Austyn, Genesis and Jackson.
She was pre-deceased by her husband, Roy, and daughter, Stacy.
Anne loved flowers, singing, her dogs and the people in her life. Trained as a midwife in England, she came to Canada as a young woman. It was while working as a nurse in High River, AB, Anne met her future husband. They wound up in Sundre, AB where she worked as a nurse at Sundre General Hospital. One of her greatest joys in life was helping bring babies in to the world. She will be missed.
A memorial service remembering Anne will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sundre United Church.
