MORGAN, Alexander “Alex” Jakob
March 13, 1998 – April 15, 2022
It is with great sadness we mourn the passing of Alex Morgan on Friday, April 15, 2022, in Didsbury, Alberta, at the age of 24.
Alex was born in Red Deer, Alberta and lived in and around Olds, and Didsbury for most of his life. He was always quick to offer help to anyone in need, whether it be food, money, or a place to stay, even when he had little himself. He enjoyed attending large family gatherings. He liked to think outside the box and when he worked, he worked hard and didn't waste time. In fact, he'd think of ingenious ways to do a job faster and better. Time was precious to him, and he didn't want to waste a second. He loved gaming with friends. He loved animals. His greatest love in recent years was to make music and to trade bitcoin. He was a wiz in the stock market. He had a quick wit.
Alex is survived by his mother, Tammy Perez; father, Robert “Rob” Morgan; siblings, Hope Jones, Kelli Perez, Taylor Perez, Gavin Scott; grandparents, Ted and Joyce Charbonneau, Marjorie Ketchum, Brian Morgan, and Kelly Ketchum; great-grandparents, Betty and Norm Hengen; uncles, Ryan (Stephanie) Charbonneau, John (Tara) Morgan; cousins, Amber, Michael, Natalie and Bennett Charbonneau; many extended family, and friends. Alex is also survived by his son, Jackson Devon Maeers.
Alex was predeceased by great-grandma Mary Hengen, great-grandma Mildred Morgan and Grandfather Tim Wiebe of Calgary
